All unused products can be returned for 100% refund within 7 days of purchase
Replacement
All unused products are eligible for replacement with another product within the same price range. Should the product being replaced be lower than the new product, the customer will have to pay the difference. However, should the product being replaced be higher than the new product, we will have to pay the customer the balance or offer a product for the price equivalent to the balance
Delivery
While we aim to deliver on time, there can be complications beyond us that may delay delivery. Such as strikes, accidents, misplaced packages, and other inconveniences that may happen while the package is with our delivery partner
